How We Unlock Public Data

Teneo’s Community Nodes gather public data by interacting with platforms on a user-level. Instead of making direct API calls, nodes operate through a browser environment to access real-time and historical information.

When a data request is made, Balancer Nodes distribute jobs across multiple Community Nodes. Each node navigates to the relevant platform, loads the requested content, and captures the necessary information from the site’s interface. This data is then forwarded to Validator Nodes, which verify, clean, structure, and format it before delivering it to users via API in a standardized JSON format or via the community node directly.

Since nodes rely on native platform behavior rather than artificial methods, they seamlessly adapt to any changes in how platforms present their data. This ensures continuous, reliable access without disruption.

Teneo will enable permissionless access to valuable public data sources, including every common social media platform and high-impact website that offer real-time, high-value insights.

Unlike centralized data providers, Teneo operates transparently, ensuring users know exactly how data is collected and used.
